The SM5022 series are crystal oscillator module ICs fabricated using Seiko NPC's Molybdenum-gate CMOS process. They employ low current consumption oscillator circuits and output buffers. Feedback resistors and oscillator capacitors with excellent frequency response are built-in, and the devices require no external components to make stable fundamental frequency oscillators. Their small packaging makes them ideal as DIP crystal oscillators.
